The Psygraphy is a pedagogical initiative "Methodology" to interpret the meaning behind our penning (Visual and Writing patterns).
It refers to the self-study and practice of understanding our Inner speech (commonly known as the internal monologue) through Semiotics (a theory used to uncover ‘decode’ hidden meanings in messages).
The Psygraphy as a means of documenting the hidden architecture of our brain, seeks to cultivate greater self-awareness, emotional clarity, creative expression and a harmonious connection between thoughts.
